I had a disappointing experience at the hotel, especially during my organization's event. The service was lacking, as there was only one waitress for a large group, and the area was overcrowded. While the hotel's appearance is somewhat charming, it does come across as old and in need of updates. On the positive side, the pool view is lovely, but overall, I cannot recommend it due to the service issues during our visit.
